Since 1948, Park Edge Sweet Shoppe has been providing fine chocolates to the Buffalo and Western New York area. In addition to many local favorites, they are known for the unique shape of their Sponge Candy.
Keeping the recipes and traditions of the original Park Edge Sweet Shoppe, sisters Anna Hartog and Maggie Mulvaney are excited to offer even more treats such as Candy Apples and Maggie's famous Toffee. In February of 2013 the sisters were thrilled to bring local favorite Cookie Expressions into the shop.
Whether it is cookies or sponge candy, you get the best! The sponge candy is all handmade in small batches using traditional methods. All of our cookies are baked fresh daily using only the best ingredients. This ensures customers get the rich, luscious flavor they expect and deserve.
All "cookie bouquets" are filled with our Award Winning Chocolate Chip Cookies on a stick double wrapped to preserve freshness. Other varieties of cookies available in gift boxes, include Peanut Butter, Chocolate Chocolate Chip, Oatmeal Raisin, Chocolate Chip and Sugar. Each basket, bouquet and gift box contains enough freshly baked cookies to be shared. Just make sure you are near when the cookies arrive, they disappear FAST!
