What are your hours?

We are open Monday through Friday from 9am to 7pm and Saturday from 10am to 4pm. Our hours do change during holidays so please find us on social media to stay in the loop!


Why is my sponge candy sticky?

Sponge candy has a very fragile sugar structure and it is extremely sensitive to any heat or humidity. While we do our best to ensure you are receiving the freshest and best quality product, warmer weather (especially our unpredictable Buffalo weather) can change the inside of sponge candy on the same day it is made. We promise your sponge candy is not old or stale when it has a gooey or melted center. Many candy makers, ourselves included, don’t make sponge candy during the warmer summer months for this reason.


When will my order be ready for in-store pick up?

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and you will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up.


Can you deliver my chocolate?

We hand deliver your chocolates within a 15-mile radius from our shop in Buffalo. After adding your chocolates to the cart, select Ship, then Local Delivery on the checkout page after you type in your address. We do not deliver on weekends or holidays. You may also receive your delivery anytime between 8am and 8pm. If you are not home at the time of delivery, your order will be left in the safest location possible.


Can you ship my chocolate?

We can absolutely ship chocolate! After adding your chocolates to the cart, select Ship, then USPS Priority Mail on the checkout page after you type in your address. You will receive a real time shipping rate through USPS. All of our chocolates are securely and safely packaged, but once they leave our facility, they may not always be handled with the best of care. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us so we can discuss your options. During holidays and other times when USPS experiences a higher volume of shipments, delays that occur are beyond our control and we are not responsible for those delays.


When will my order arrive?

All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days and shipping times may vary based on location. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to keep an eye on it.


Can I place a custom order?

Is your sponge candy gluten free?

YES! Our sponge candy has no gluten containing ingredients.


Do your chocolates contain any allergens?

All of our ingredients are listed on each product, but all of our products are processed in a facility with wheat, peanuts, tree nuts and milk. While many of our products are gluten free, we are not a gluten free facility. We do offer a line of No Whey! Products which are produced and packaged outside of our facility and are guaranteed to be 100% milk free, peanut free, tree nut free, gluten free, egg free, soy free, sesame free and with no artificial food coloring or flavoring.


My gift card isn’t working! Help!

If you purchased a gift card in-store or online before 10/31/23, it is on our previous system and will no longer work. We are happy to transfer your gift card over to our new system. Please contact us to do so.


What is your loyalty program?

We greatly value our customers and love to give back to you! Once you are signed up for our loyalty program using your phone number or email address, you will receive 10 points for every $10 spent pre-tax. You can redeem your points in 100-point increments for 10% off your purchase (up to $20 per transaction).
