Chocolate for a Cure is back! In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we are once again having our Chocolate for a Cure fundraiser. Each year, we sell pink nonpareils and pink sugar cookies with one hundred percent of the proceeds going towards cancer research at Roswell Park Cancer Institute. We started this fundraiser in 2012, in memory of our cousin, Andrea Pizzuto, who lost her battle with breast cancer October, 2011. Andrea was diagnosed in 2006, while pregnant with her only son. She chose to hold off treatment until after he was born. Her passing has left a void in our...

Welcome to Maggie’s Kitchen!

I’m Maggie, and along with my big sister, Anna, I own Park Edge Sweet Shoppe and Cookie Expressions. As the head chocolatier, I make all the sponge candy, cookies and other delicious confections at the shop. I graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and worked at restaurants along the East Coast before buying the shop with my sister in 2011.
