It’s holiday cookie season! I’m sure many of you will be making cut-out cookies this year with your family, and I wanted to share one of my favorite sugar cookie recipes that I use for cut-outs! -Maggie Ingredients:  2 3/4 cups Flour 1 teaspoon Baking Soda 1 cup Butter soft 1 Egg 1 teaspoon Vanilla 1 1/2 cups Sugar Directions:  1. While apples are still plentiful, I couldn’t resist sharing another one of my favorite recipes for the season. -Maggie   APPLE CRISP PREP TIME: 20 minutes       COOK TIME:  30 minutes      SERVES 10-12 INGREDIENTS 1 dozen apples 1 cup flour 1 cup brown sugar 1/3 cup butter  1 tablespoon butter DIRECTIONS Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Use the one tablespoon of butter to coat a 9x7 oven proof dish. Peel and slice apples and place in buttered dish Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
