Getting Ready for Easter....

Easter is the busiest time of year for most chocolate shops, and we're no exception!

It takes a lot of man hours and even more chocolate to make sure our shelves are filled with your favorite candy.

Here are some fun facts about getting ready for Easter 2017 at the shop:

This year, we made more than 2,000 of our hollow milk and dark chocolate bunnies.

We produced another 1,000 chocolate hollow shapes.

Over 2,000 chocolate suckers have been made.

Our chocolate bunnies range in size from 2 oz. to more than 10 lbs.

The biggest bunny we make (over 36" tall and more than 10 lbs) takes three people to fill.
