Apple Cinnamon Cookies

Posted by Maggie Mulvaney on

We are very fortunate here in New York State to have an abundance of delicious apples this time of year.

Which means we can make a variety of pies, tarts and cookies that make us feel all warm and cozy.

One of my all time favorites is an apple cinnamon cookie. It works with this made-from-scratch sugar cookie recipe, or sugar cookie dough you can buy in the store.
