I’m Maggie, and along with my big sister, Anna, I own Park Edge Sweet Shoppe and Cookie Expressions.
As the head chocolatier, I make all the sponge candy, cookies and other delicious confections at the shop.
I graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and worked at restaurants along the East Coast before buying the shop with my sister in 2011.
People are always asking me for cooking and baking tips, and I love sharing what I know.
That’s why I’m going to be doing this brand new blog.
I’ll share everything from cooking tips, to recipes to fun behind-the-scenes videos of us in the shop, doing what we love and what we do best.
